Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Shipping costs for orders will start at $9.00   Additional items may increase shipping fees and insurance.

All orders are shipped from Hawaii via USPS Mail with tracking & delivery confirmation. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of being placed.

Please note that jewelry, handmade or custom items may take longer to ship. Jewelry and special orders will ship within 7-10 business days, unless noted otherwise.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally at this time.



RETURNS:

ONLINE: Nuage Bleu will accept returns and exchanges only on full/original priced items that are both unused and unworn items with all original tags attached. You must email a return authorization request within 7 calendar days of delivery receipt at contact@nuagebleu.com. We must receive the returned item(s) within 7 days of our return authorization given to you. Any items purchased on sale or with discounts applied are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Full Priced Goods may be exchanged or returned for a store credit once items have been verified as above policy states. 

Nuage Bleu does not refund any shipping or handling charges related to your return. We suggest you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice with tracking.

Nuage Bleu will accept returns for store credit only and exchanges only on full/original priced items that are both unused and unworn items with all original tags attached within 7 days of purchase.

All sales are final on AnnaCoco brand clothing, jewelry, lingerie, swimwear, sunglasses. In addition, all discounted/SALE items are final sale.
